Antony has worked in Government for over 25 years with a strong track record of leading large Digital Organisations, Operational customer facing units, Transformational Programmes and Process Change.
He has delivered a number of large, IT based, internal change programmes for HMRC, transforming operational processes in areas such as scan and workflow tech, digital contact and robotic process automation, achieving significant cost savings and improved customer service.
For 4 years Antony created and led the HMRC Digital Delivery & Transformation capability delivering customer focussed Digital platforms and applications for both HMRC and wider UK government as part of the UK’s wider Digital strategy. These include the UK’s Personal Tax Account, HMRC’s Mobile App and HMRC’s API Platform, supporting its overall API strategy. Antony now heads up the new Strategy, Architecture and Innovation area for HMRC, working on extending agile, digital ways of working across the organisation and using cutting edge technology to solve the business problems facing HMRC not just right now but also in the future.
