It is clear that organizations in most countries want to provide better services to the public. Organizations in many sectors are making an ever increasing number of their services available to the public via Internet. This certainly boosts efficiency, but is it enough? Are users really satisfied with the current situation? Organizations must stop offering their services in the traditional manner. What is the next step? What should services 3.0 look like?
Artificial intelligence, together with the development of digital ecosystems, constitute an innovative data-based approach. Our panel of experts will examine how services should be remodeled using these new methods and how the digital user experience will be greatly improved.
